INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:

  • 3 3 kale leaves or one bunch of spinach

  • 3 3 celery stalks

  • 1 1 cucumber

  • 3 3 broccoli florets

  • 1 1 carrot

  • 2 2 green apples

  • 1/2 1/2 lemon (peeled)

  • 1/2 inch 1/2 ginger

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add the smallest ingredients to your juicer first (Lemon and ginger). Then, add the kale or spinach, and celery. Followed by the broccoli florets, the carrot and apples. And lastly add the cucumber. Adding the ingredients to your juicer this way, it ensures that the cucumber washes the rest of the ingredients out of the juicer and minimizes the waste of the ingredients in the process.
  • After you have juiced all the ingredients, strain the juice using a regular strainer so that the juice comes out very smooth.
