INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups 2 kale (cut into small pieces)

  • 1 cup 1 spinach

  • 2 2 broccoli florets

  • 2 2 apples (cut into small pieces)

  • 1 1 lemon (the juice of 1 lemon)

  • 1 cup 1 cold water (filtered or distilled)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add all ingredients and the juice of the lemon to a blender.
  • Blend for 1 minute.
  • Strain using a cloth strainer or a nut milk bag.
