Coconut Milk Recipe

Almost all parts of this healthy tropical fruit can be eaten!

  • We’ll start with that delicious coconut water! The liquid inside the coconut is our nature’s most balanced source of electrolytes. Coconut water is very good for hydrating the body after exercising and it also serves as hydration when fluids have been lost due to fever.
  • The fat found in coconut is very easy for your body to digest and metabolize, your body uses it as an energy source instead of storing it as fat. These healthy saturated fats in coconut milk gives you energy and helps you lose weight. Coconut fat also has a positive impact on cholesterol levels.
  • Helps you stay young. Coconut meat protects your cells from oxidative damage. And for this reason it is commonly used in beauty products. It is good for your skin, your hair and your nails. Try to incorporate coconut milk into your drinking routine. Also, you can use the pulp of coconut milk and give yourself an exfoliating massage on your face and enjoy its benefits for your skin too!
  • This Coconut Milk Recipe is full of nutrients. Coconuts are very good for bone health and the fibers they contain helps you keep your digestive system healthy.
