Tips for Making your Almond Milk

Almond Milk Recipe
  • If you do not have a high-speed blender, it is preferable to leave the almonds soaked in water for at least 4 hours before blending them. Or the night before if you are making the almond milk the following morning and this way the almonds will be much easier to blend. By soaking the almonds prior to making your milk, the almonds will get activated.
  • When you buy your cloth strainer to make your almond milk, make sure it is a good quality and it can be reusable so that you make the investment only once. I bought my strainer online, here is the link, but you can also find them at the groceries stores and department stores.
