INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1 1 small watermelon

  • 1 cup 1 mint leaves

  • 4 4 lemons (the juice of 4 lemons)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Peel and cut the watermelon in small pieces. Square cuts if possible (watch me how I cut the watermelon on the image above).
  • Place the watermelon and the mint leaves in your blender (you may need split it in two portions to fit your blender).
  • Blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Strain using a cloth strainer or a nut milk bag.
  • Squeeze the juice of the 4 lemons and stir.
  • You can drink this watermelon juice instantly or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
