INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1 cup 1 walnuts (raw)

  • 4 cups 4 water (filtered or distilled)

  • 2 2 pitted dates

INSTRUCTIONS

  • If you do not have a high speed blender, soak the walnuts in water at least for 4 hours before making this recipe or overnight, the night before.
  • After 4 hours, strain the water out of the walnuts and they will be ready to be blended.
  • Take the seed out of the dates.
  • Add all the ingredients to your blender (you may need to divide it into two portions).
  • Blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Strain using a nut milk bag or any cloth strainer you have available.
