INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 1 1 ripe banana

  • 2 2 dates (pitted)

  • 2 cups 2 almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Prep your banana (peel and slice).
  • Cut and scoop half of your Avocado.
  • Place all ingredients into your blender.
  • Blend on any setting until desired consistency.
  • Taste for sweetness, add more dates or bananas to your liking!
  • For a colder smoothie, add Ice Cubes during the blending.
  • Pour into a glass of your choice and enjoy!
