INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp 1 valerian root

  • 16 oz 16 water, filtered

  • 1 tsp 1 agave nectar or any honey of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat the water either in a stovetop pot or in a kettle to a boil.
  • Once the water is boiling, turn the heat off.
  • Add the valerian root and allow it to steep for 4-5 minutes.
  • Strain the tea from the pot to a cup using a tea or coffee strainer.
  • Add honey and stir.
