INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup 1 frozen strawberries (sliced)

  • 2 2 bananas

  • 1 cup 1 coconut milk

  • 1 Tbsp 1 agave nectar or any honey of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend for 30 seconds.

  • You can slice and freeze your fresh strawberries or you can buy them in the frozen fruits area of your local grocery store already sliced.
