INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup 1 raw pine nuts

  • 4 cups 4 water (filtered or distilled)

  • 2 2 dates (pitted)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Soak the Pine Nuts in a bowl with 4 cups of water and cover them with a towel for 2 hours or overnight in room temperature water.
  • After 2 hours or overnight, drain your Pine Nuts and rinse them thoroughly.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Using a nut milk bag, cheese cloth or fine mesh sieve, squeeze and strain your mixture to extract as much liquid as possible.
  • Pour your Milk into a jar or bottle, store in your fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Remember to shake well before use, as it can separate if left alone over time.
