INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1 cup 1 beets (cut into small pieces)

  • 1 1 apple (cut into small pieces)

  • 1/2 Inch 1/2 ginger

  • 2 cups 2 water (Filtered or Distilled)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend from 1 to 1-1/2 minutes.
  • Strain using a cloth strainer.
  • This juice can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
