Prep time

Total time

  • 1 cup 1 brazil nut (unsalted, unsweetened)

  • 4 cups 4 water (filtered or distilled)

  • Blend the Nuts: Once it’s rinsed, pour 4 cups of water into the blender and combine them with the Brazil Nuts and the pitted dates. Blend on a high speed until smooth.
  • Strain the Milk: You will need to strain all the extra pulp from the milk. There are nut milk specific bags for straining. You can also use a cheesecloth or a small fine mesh strainer.
  • Enjoy Get your favorite mug and start drinking! If it’s too watery, add more nuts. If it’s too creamy, add more water. The best part of this, is that you can adjust this to your palette and taste.
