INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups 2 spinach

  • 3 3 broccoli florets

  • 1 1 stalk of celery

  • 1/2 1/2 cucumber

  • 1 1 lemon (the juice of one lemon)

  • 1/2 inch 1/2 ginger

  • 1 1 carrot

  • 2 2 apples

  • 2 cups 2 cold water

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Cut the following into small pieces: celery, carrot, apples, broccoli and cucumber.
  • Add all the ingredients and the lemon juice to a blender.
  • Add the 2 glasses of cold water to a blender.
  • Blend from 1 minute to 1-1/2 Minutes.
  • Strain using a cloth strainer or a nut milk bag.
